Annual Scientific Meeting 2024 Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (including email) to Bronwen Evans.  Cancellations made by 28th February 2024 will be refunded, less $50.00 to cover administration costs.  After this date, no refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Organising Committee (except if the ASM is cancelled due to COVID).  All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee (i.e. COVID), the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full.
