Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Professional Conference Organisers (PCO) - Workz4U Conference Management Ltd - conferences@w4u.co.nz.
Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the accommodation booked.
Any No Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the accommodation booked.

SHARING ACCOMMODATION - Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
