Registration 

The following is a list of registration Product Categories for attending the NZAGS ASM at the Palmerston North Convention Centre, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March 2017 in Palmerston North.

There are 5 categories plus various social options. Please ensure you select the correct registration category. All are listed in the Products Menu to the left of this page.

  2. Trainees of NZAGS
  3. Non-Member Surgeons
  4. Nurse/Allied Health/ House Surgeons/Registrars
  5. Sponsor/Exhibitors
  6. Saturday Night Awards Dinner
  7. Trainee Day - Friday Night Dinner
  8. F&P Healthcare Sponsored FREE Sunday Breakfast
  9. Foundations Skills Friday (Full Day) Free Course for any surgeon who interacts with trainees.

NOTE: EXTENDED Early Bird Registration will close midnight Thursday 21st February, 2017

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to NZAGS. Cancellations made by 24th February 2017 will be refunded, less $150.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

To Register

  1. Click on your registration choice in the left hand menu or the links listed in 1. to 6. above e.g. Full Member Registration
  2. Choose the type of Registration from the drop down box and add 1 registration to the Cart
  3. Add additional products e.g. dinner, to the Cart. You may use the Related Products on the right hand navigation to assist with your selection.
  4. Once all products have been purchased click on the Cart at the top of the page
  5. Proceed to checkout and pay appropriate fees
