Conference 2026 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (including email) to Kimberley Wadsworth. Cancellations made by 20th February 2026 will be refunded, less $50.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Organising Committee (except if COVID related). All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee and the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full.
