Strategic Plan

The NZAGS Executive met in September 2012 to consider the strategic direction of NZAGS for the next five years.  The resulting Strategic Plan identifies the following key areas:-

  • Branding, image & promotion -  in particular create a clear identity for NZAGS 
  • Governance  - ensuring that governance structures recognise NZAGS as its own entity
  • Education & training - includes ensuring all trainee experience a rural rotation
  • Workforce - particular attention on retiring and new consultants
  • CPD 
  • Relationships 
  • Professional employment services
